  20. 1 bowl boil red kidney beans

Instructions to make to make Mexican rice

  1. Firstly clean and wash rice thoroughly, and keep a side, take all the above ingredients together, and chopped onion capsicum and tomato and some Coriander leavesand keep a side.
  2. Now heat a pan add butter and oil then add chopped garlic and chopped onion saute for a minutes on medium flame, add chopped capsicum and chopped deseeded tomato and mix it well.
  3. After that add boil sweet corn again mix it well for a minute, now add red chilli powder, Kashmiri Lal powder, orogano, red chilli flakes, tomato sauce and Tomato puree and salt,
  4. Mix well add soaked rice, n mix well again add 2 glass of water some Coriander leaves cover the lid n cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes our rice is cooked then lastly add boil red kidney beans n mix well sprinkle some Coriander leaves.
  6. And again cover the lid n cook for 10 minutes, on low flame till the rice cook, after 10 minutes our Mexican rice is ready to eat serve hot in a serving plate,
