- First cook Basmati chawal with salt,make it half done, remove water apply little oil spread it for dry


- Next boil noodles same as chawal

- Now making Schezwan sauce,paste soaked red chillies, heat oil put little chopped green garlic put red chilli paste salt,tomato sauce,red chilli sauce,& vinegar little cook make little dry add vinegar before switch off gas



- Making manchurian balls,mix all the above said vegetables,litte Schezwan sauce corn flour & maida



- Now making rice,in a pan add chopped garlic
- Heat oil,fry manchurian balls, keep aside

- Now making rice heat oil in a pan put chopped garlic and ginger little saute add vegetables stir fry add homemade sauce put half done rice mix thoroughly and add boiled noodles too,mix proper



- Now making manchurian gravy heat oil put ginger green garlic,onion add salt and add homemade Schezwan sauce,put water,for thicken the gravy mix little cornflower and add it,mix fried manchurian balls,



- Now before serving hot mix manchurian balls and gravy with cooked mixed rice noodles
