- 500 gms Chicken cubes
- Merinate in
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- Sauce ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic crushed
- 8_10 Red button chillies
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp dark Soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- Chilli oil
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce (optional) I ddnt used
- 1 tbsp Corn flour dissolved in water
- 1 tbsp chicken powder
- 1/2 cup Peanuts roasted
- 1/4 cup carrots cubes
- 1/4 capsicum cubed cut
- 1 onion cubed
- 1/2 cup Green onions chopped
Instructions to make to make Kung Pao Chicken
- Merinate chicken and keep for half an hour in fridge, than deep fry to golden, don't over fry. Take out n keep aside
- Prepare sauce
Heat oil and fry red button chillies till dark maroon, take out and keep aside. - Fry roast peanuts and takeout. Than add ginger garlic n fry it to brownish colour, now add vegetables, fried chicken and fry, add chilli oil cook and add water 2cups and when boil comes cornflour mixture and cook till sauce thickens add peanuts (save some for topping) When desired consistency comes close flame sprinkle green onions n peanuts. Its a very delicious Chinese sauce, serve with fried rice.
