- Firstly in a mixer grinder add all ingredients listed below paste add litter water and make smooth paste,keep aside
- Heat oil in a pan and add zeera once it splutters add whole garam masala followed by chopped onions, once onions are translucent add Capiscum and tomatoes and fry them for 2mins
- Next add grinded masala paste and fry for 5mins or till raw smell disappears
- Now add veggies,salt pulav masala and little water cover and cook till veggies are completely cooked
- Once veggies are cooked add cooked rice and mix everything well cover and cook on medium heat for 7-8mins
- Once done switch off the flame and garnish with some coriander leaves and cashewnuts
