- Add the drained Rice to the veggies and mix with light hands veggies,paneer and rice. Add little salt (as already in veggies) and sugar now and mix. Off the flame because rice will stick to kadhai.once mixed keep the kadhai on gas keeping flame low. Add the left over crushed dalchini and little ghee which gives rice an aromatic smell and flavour
