  2. 2 & ½ tbsp Tandoori masala
  3. 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  4. 1 1/2 tbsp Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste)
  5. 1 tsp Black pepper
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  8. 1/2 kg Boneless chicken cubes
  9. 2-3 tbsp Oil
  10. 1 medium Onion finally chopped
  11. 1 koyla for smoke
  12. 2 tbsp Oil
  13. 1 tbsp Garlic chpped
  14. 1 inch Giner julienne
  15. 2 cups Cabbage
  16. 1 cup Carrot julienne
  17. 1/2 cup Capsicum julienne
  18. 1/2 cup soy sauce
  19. 2 tbsp salt
  20. 1 tbsp Red chili flakes
  21. 1/2 cup Green onions
  22. 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  23. 3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  24. Salt to taste
  25. 1 tbsp Hot sauce
  26. 1/4 tsp Black pepper crushed
  27. 2 tbsp Oil
  28. 1/2 tsp Garlic chopped
  29. 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
  30. 1/2 kg Rice boiled

Steps to make to make Chicken Bbq Rice

  1. In bowl,add yogurt,tandoori masala,soy sauce,ginger garlic paste,black pepper crushed,salt,lemon juice and mix well.
    Add chicken and marinate for 15 minutes.
    In wok,add cooking oil,onion and fry until light golden.
    Add marinated chicken,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
    Cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.
    Give a charcoal smoke for 2 minutes.
  2. In wok,add cooking oil,garlic and mix well.


    Add ginger and mix well.


    Add cabbage,carrots,capsicum,soy sauce,salt,red chili crushed,mix well and stir fry for 2 minutes.


    Add green onion,mix well & set aside.


    In bowl,add mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,salt,hot sauce,black pepper crushed,mix well & set aside.
    In saucepan,add cooking oil,garlic and mix well.
    Add red chili crushed,mix well and fry for 1-2 minutes & set aside.
  3. In serving dish,add boiled rice,red chili+garlic tadka,cooked vegetables,cooked tandoori chicken and drizzle prepared sauce & serve!
