  2. 1 cup chicken boneless

  6. 1 cup spring onion
  7. 4 tbspn soya sauce
  8. 3 tsp green chilli sauce
  9. 2 tbsp vinegar
  10. 1 big size onion sliced
  11. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  12. 2 tbsp oil
  13. as required Oil for deep fry
  14. 1 tbsp ginger finely chopped
  15. 1 tbsp garlic finely chopped
  16. 1 tbsp maida and conflour powder each
  17. 1 egg for chicken marination

Instructions to make to make Chicken Fried rice

  1. Marinate Chicken  with 1 egg, green chilli sauce 1/2tspn, salt to taste, ginger garlic paste,  1tbsp maida, 1tbsp cornflour powder,1tasp vinegar mix well and keep for 1 hour then deep fry &cut them in small pieces
    Make Omlet of bested egg cut into small pieces and keep aside
  2. In a pan add 2 tbsn oil add finely chopped Ginger garlic, onion chopped, one cup Capsicum chopped  and chopped Spring onion, add salt to taste and black pepper powder, now add fried chicken pieces and omlet pieces add rice add mix well slowly add soya sauce and green chilli sauce vinegar mix well keep for 3 to 5 mint.
  3. Garnish with springonion leaves.
