  1. Then take a wok heat oil..put Bayleaf, Asafoetida,cumin seeds and spluter it. Then add onion and capsicum saute it.
  2. Then add soaked rice stur it add coconut milk stur it..Then add chopped raw mango stur it.
  3. Then add salt, red chilli and water cook till rice cooked.
  4. It will take 6 to 7 min approximately on sim gas.
  5. Then add raw mango pure and mango pure stur well...cook 1 min.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves or Kasuri methi.
