  22. For assembling :
  23. Fried green chillies
  24. Fried garlic
  25. Spring onion
  26. Boiled spaghetti
  27. Some peanuts (optional)
  28. For sauce:
  29. 1/2 cup Ketchup
  30. 1 cup Mayonnaise
  31. 1 tsp Black pepper
  32. Sprinkled salt

Steps to make to make Singaporean Rice

  1. Boiled the rice. Keep a side.
  2. Take a pan add oil saute garlic and geen chillies saute it again
  3. Add veggies and fry a lil bit add sauces and spices
  4. After this add boiled rice and mix it well. Keep a side.
  5. Now take another pan add oil saute some garlic and green chillies then.add chicken and all the gravy ingredients lastly add cornflour water to thicken the gravy.
  6. For assembling first layer is for rice then gravy
  7. Pour some mayonnaise sauce and serves it with fried green chillies and garlic.
